Delete your data

You can ask us to delete everything we have about you: your email address, and anything from your comments or messages to @talkwithleah on Instagram.

How to ask

• Email leahnvc1@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data”.
• Include the email address you signed up with, your Instagram username, or both.

What happens next

• We delete your data from our email list (Loops) and from our Instagram reply records within 30 days.
• We reply to confirm when it's done.

Just want fewer emails?

Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. That stops the emails right away.

About Instagram

Deleting your comment or our chat on Instagram removes it from Instagram, but not from our records. Email us as well, and we'll delete our copy.
